Ensuring Safety.
Bass Energy Services holds to the highest industry safety standards. All Bass field personnel must be SafeLandUSA™ certified. They must also successfully complete OSHA Compliant H2S (Hydrogen Sulfide) training, CPR, First Aid and other required safety courses.
SSE Program.
Additionally, as part of our on-boarding practices, Bass also requires new employees or employees who are new to the oil and gas industry to participate in an SSE (Short-Service Employee) mentorship program until they are proven to display the necessary skills and knowledge to safely perform on the job.
